The Keyes Company, Florida's largest independent real estate brokerage, expands into the Florida Keys as the firm approaches its centennial year of operation. As a natural extension of its growing geographic footprint, Keyes opened a temporary office in Tavernier with plans to ultimately establish a permanent presence in the Keys region.
Tony Garcia, the longtime leader of Keyes' Homestead office serving buyers and sellers across South Miami-Dade County, will oversee the new Keys office as its District Sales Manager. Tony and his wife, Nancy, have a decorated history of community service and philanthropy in the Homestead area and are eager to extend their community engagement to the Florida Keys.
On Garcia's watch, the Homestead office produced nearly $300 million in annual volume and is consistently Keyes' top-producing office in Miami-Dade County.

Keyes associates in the Keys will now have access to the hands-on training, mentorship and partnerships that distinguish the firm from market competitors as well as a centralized technology platform, which integrates listing marketing, CRM, and transaction management. Buyers and sellers in the Keys will also have access to affiliated services including mortgage, title, and insurance – along with resources such as home warranties, bridge loans, moving support, and renovate-to-sell programs for those who choose to take advantage of them, providing added convenience throughout the transaction process.
